What is Linktree LIVE?
Linktree LIVE is a Linktree platform where creators have their own live channels. Creators can teach, share their creative process and interact with their audiences, with opportunities to earn through subscriptions, live masterclasses and brand partnerships.
What happens on a creator’s live channel?
Creators share their screens and talk through their work, including producing music, editing film, writing scripts or designing projects. Viewers can ask questions throughout. Channels can also host demonstrations, project discussions and critiques.
How is a masterclass different?
A masterclass is a scheduled lesson or workshop on a specific subject. A regular creator channel lets you follow ongoing work and join conversations across multiple sessions.
Do I need a subscription?
The proposed platform would offer a mix of open sessions, paid creator subscriptions and separately ticketed masterclasses. Each channel or class would explain its price before you join.
Is the live technology already built?
Yes. GAWP®’s streaming technology is fully built. It supports individual creator channels, live screen sharing, microphone audio, audience interaction, followers, go-live notifications and paid subscriptions.
Linktree LIVE is a proposed Linktree product powered by that existing technology. It gives Linktree an opportunity to launch its own live destination where creators can teach, interact with their audiences and earn.
This site demonstrates the proposed Linktree experience. The sample creators, schedules and prices are illustrative; the streaming technology behind the proposal is built.
